Job summary

Holladay Ventures is seeking a design-driven Project Manager to lead multifamily design and construction efforts from schematic design through construction documents. You will coordinate architects, engineers, and general contractors while guiding entitlements, permitting, and budgeting with an emphasis on accessibility and long-term performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) or related building sciences.
• 7–10 years of experience in multifamily design with significant LIHTC/market-rate work.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of building science, construction documents, and new technologies.
• Ability to manage time across multiple active projects and design teams.
• Prior experience with real estate developers is a plus.
• Familiarity with affordable housing typologies is a bonus.
• Strong communicator who can translate design intent to contractors and stakeholders.
• Nashville-based strongly preferred; relocation possible for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design and construction efforts from schematic through construction documents.
• Manage architects, engineers, and GCs; oversee entitlements and permitting.
• Develop budgets with a focus on accessibility, life-safety, and long-term building performance.
• Oversee design team including external consultants; ensure design intent and constructability.
• Engage with communities and stakeholders during design concepts.
• Support field coordination and RFI/submittal reviews during construction.
