• Manage budgets, schedules, and technical requirements
• Coordinate with disciplines and clients to ensure contract compliance
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Perform quality control reviews of deliverables
• Support pre-award and post-design project phases
• Travel to project offices as required
