Job summary

Gordon Prill, Inc. is a design-build firm in Silicon Valley seeking a Project Superintendent to lead field operations on diverse projects from $50k to $10M. You will coordinate with in-house architects, engineers, and crews to ensure schedule adherence, quality, safety, and successful occupancy.

The role requires 5–10 years of construction experience, strong communication, and local Bay Area knowledge. Procore and MS Office proficiency are preferred, with a focus on safety and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience on projects ranging from $100k to $5M.
• Understanding of construction means and methods for all CSI Divisions.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project.
• Ability to review and comprehend bid documents, specs and project requirements.
• Motivated, detail oriented, responsible, punctual with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player but able to work independently.
• Local to SF Bay Area and familiar with local markets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage field aspects of projects with in-house architects, engineers, designers and construction personnel.
• Preconstruction activities, assist in buy-out and scheduling, and site mobilization.
• Develop and manage master schedules, track progress and recovery, and maintain 3-week lookahead.
• Conduct subcontractor coordination and safety meetings; maintain daily logs and field docs.
• Maintain accurate as-builts and implement on-site QA/QC program.
• Coordinate inspections, TCO, Final Occupancy, punch lists and warranty processes.
