ARCO Design/Build in Richmond seeks a Construction Design/Build Project Manager to guide projects from concept through completion. You will lead estimating, scheduling, design coordination, cost tracking, safety, and buyout while collaborating with clients and subcontractors to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a civil/architectural/construction‑management background, pays close attention to detail, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in a construction-related field; design/build experience preferred.
• Strong interest in design/build, tilt‑up concrete, industrial builds.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred but not required; construction experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead project facets from estimating to buyout and scheduling.
• Develop accurate, impactful project estimates and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with clients and design teams to shape concepts into buildable solutions.
• Lead subcontractor selection and on-site bi-weekly progress meetings.
• Ensure quality, safety, and on-time project delivery.
