Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field required; strong PM background preferred.
• Proven ability to lead design/build construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Excellent communication and leadership across clients, design teams, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction through project closeout for design/build efforts.
• Coordinate with clients and design team on concept drawings and budgets.
• Negotiate contracts, quantify scope, and manage cost status and progress billing.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, buyout, and site logistics planning.
• Lead regular project meetings and drive value engineering to control costs.
