You will partner with clients and the design team to craft budgets and concepts, negotiate contracts, and supervise subcontractors to meet schedule and budget goals. This role offers growth and a strong bonus program in a culture focused on safety and quality.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2–10 years of construction management or engineering design experience.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of project from preconstruction through closeout.
• Work with clients and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings and budgets.
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope, reduce costs, and discuss fees.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and buyout for all trades and vendors.
• Identify opportunities to procure materials or equipment directly when advantageous.
• Collaborate with the project superintendent on schedules and site logistics.
