Job summary

DuBro Architects + Builders, a Falls Church design-build firm, seeks an experienced Design-Build Project Manager to lead projects from permitting through closeout, coordinating budgets, schedules, trades, and client relationships with accountability. You will work with an in-house architectural studio and a field superintendent, reporting to the principal.

The role demands leadership, integrity, and a hands-on approach to deliver high-end residential construction with quality and on-time

Qualifications

8+ years in construction project management, with design-build or high-end residential experience.
Proven ability to manage project budgets and schedules independently.
Strong relationships with trades and field credibility.
Comfortable working directly with owners and architects as a peer, not a go-between.
Proficiency with construction management software (ConstructionOnline, Procore, or similar).
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Manage project budgets, schedules, and cost tracking from permitting through closeout.
Coordinate and oversee tradespeople and artisans.
Maintain client communication and relationships during construction.
Deliver weekly project reporting and schedule updates in ConstructionOnline.
Handle change orders in coordination with the architectural team.
Ensure field quality control in partnership with the superintendent.
