Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction initiatives, overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in commercial PM, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong scheduling and cost-control skills, with proficiency in Procore and MS Office. This role is based on-site with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, project documentation, and closeout.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and cost control skills.
• Proficiency with Procore or similar PM software.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
• Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and field teams.
