Job summary

H&H is seeking a Design-Build Project Controls Specialist to join our Design-Build / Alternative Delivery Group in New York, NY. This role supports procurement, scheduling, estimating, financial administration and project controls across multiple infrastructure assignments.

The successful candidate will collaborate across design, construction, procurement, commercial and owner-facing functions, developing into a versatile alternative-delivery resource while expanding project capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related technical or construction-focused field.
• Exposure to CPM scheduling principles and Primavera P6 or comparable platform.
• Hands-on Primavera P6 experience strongly preferred; CPM scheduling experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of design-build RFQs, RFPs, contracts, and procurement documents.
• Coordinate technical, commercial, legal, scheduling and owner input into documents.
• Review procurement and contract documents for consistency and completeness.
• Develop, update, review, and report CPM schedules and construction sequencing.
• Maintain project-controls information: procurement, schedule, design, submittals, RFI, milestones, and costs.
• Identify scope gaps, risks, and escalation of significant issues across design, schedule, cost, procurement, and construction.
