Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in sales, project management, design-build, construction, or foodservice equipment-related fields.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
• Willingness to travel throughout Northern California as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design & planning: develop commercial kitchen layouts and equipment specifications using AutoQuotes and related design software; create proposals and project documentation; ensure designs meet code requirements.
• Sales & business development: build long-term client relationships; generate new business through networking and referrals; present equipment solutions and proposals; manage the sales process from initial consultation to project completion.
• Project management & scheduling: coordinate timelines, deliveries, installations, and vendor communications; schedule meetings and site visits; collaborate with contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution; monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Client service: serve as primary contact throughout the project lifecycle; provide exceptional service and maintain clear communication; ensure client satisfaction from concept through final installation.
