The project manager/senior project manager is involved in all facets of design from concept and planning through construction administration. The role requires strong design, problem solving, and scheduling knowledge along with the ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams. Strong communication skills in collaboration with clients, consultants, and other team members are paramount to this role. This person should also possess a solid understanding of construction methods and detailing with a willingness to teach and provide mentorship to junior staff.
