Job summary

You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communications, reporting to the Director of Construction.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, quality control, safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget across Northern California and neighboring areas.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of design-build commercial construction project experience.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules, and field teams.
• Experience leading client communications and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from buyout to turnover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Direct Site Superintendents and coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, clients, and officials.
• Review budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and status reports.
• Lead OAC meetings and ensure constructability and project success.
• Inspect construction work for compliance with plans, codes, and safety requirements.
• Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
