Job summary

gpac seeks a dedicated Project Manager to join a Design-Build General Contractor in Sioux Falls. You will lead project development from inception to completion, develop schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential. Ideal candidates will have PM experience, a construction management background, and exposure to design-build.

Qualifications

• Experience as Construction Project Manager required.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Construction Management preferred but not required.
• Design-Build experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development from start to finish.
• Create and manage project schedules.
• Ensure on-time delivery, within or under budget.
• Process change orders quickly and accurately.
• Communicate expectations clearly to team and stakeholders.
• Estimate resources and participants for goals.
• Coordinate with department managers for required personnel.
• Delegate tasks to appropriate personnel.
• Identify and resolve project team issues and conflicts.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates.
• Enforce safety rules and promote best practices.
• Assist with estimating new projects as needed.
