Job summary

ARCO Design/Build, Inc. is seeking a proactive Project Manager for our Jacksonville, FL team. You will drive project performance from day one, balancing estimating, scheduling, quality control and safety while coordinating with owners and the design team to develop concepts and value engineering ideas.

You will oversee subcontractor buyouts, run bi-weekly site meetings, and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, ensuring client expectations are met with integrity and grit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil, Mechanical, or Engineering with 3.0 GPA.
• 1–5 years of hands-on construction PM experience.
• Design/Build experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage project aspects including estimating, scheduling, QC, reporting, and safety.
• Ensure accurate and complete project estimates.
• Collaborate with owners and design team on preliminary drawings
• Lead proposal meetings to review scope and cost-saving ideas
• Oversee buyout and subcontractor selection
• Conduct bi-weekly on-site meetings and manage priorities
