Job summary

The Kasper Group in New York is seeking an Assistant Designer for Women's Sweaters to provide administrative and creative support to the design team through the product development lifecycle.

You will assist with seasonal development, create CAD updates and flat sketches, track samples, manage libraries, and help with showroom prep while building foundational design skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred.
• Degree or specialization in knitwear, relevant coursework, or internship experience in sweaters.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.

Compensation: $26-$30/hour
