The Kasper Group, an apparel leader based in New York, is seeking a Design Assistant to support the design team through the product development lifecycle. You will assist designers, create flat sketches, CAD updates, and prepare boards and materials for presentations, while keeping samples organized and libraries up to date.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Fashion Design or knitwear coursework, 0–2 years’ experience, and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Design Assistant.
The Assistant Designer, Sweaters provides administrative and creative support to the design team throughout the product development lifecycle. This role is responsible for maintaining organization, supporting seasonal development, and assisting with daily design operations while building foundational design skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Salary Range: $26 - $30 Hourly *Actual base salary for this role within the above range will be based upon experience, qualifications and/or assigned unit.
