Job summary

You will help prepare design concepts, organize materials, communicate with clients and vendors, and use CAD and other design tools to develop layouts. Strong organization and client-focused service are essential in this collaborative role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Interest or experience in interior design, kitchen and bath design, or residential remodeling.
• Proficiency in CAD or related design software preferred.
• Experience with graphic design or visual presentation tools is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work well with a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support designers with project preparation, presentations, and design concepts
• Assist with showroom organization, samples, materials, and product displays
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal team members
• Help gather client needs, preferences, and project details
• Utilize design software and visual tools to assist with layouts and concepts
• Maintain organized project files, samples, and design materials
• Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive showroom experience
