London Bay is seeking a Design Assistant in Naples, Florida to support the Senior Interior Designer with design, project management, and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include organizing documentation, assisting with purchasing, and managing project budgets.

Our professional designers specialize in creating supremely elegant interiors to fit each client’s taste and style perfectly, thereby realizing the homeowners’ inspiration. We are currently in search for a Design Assistant to work closely with the Senior Interior Designer on design, project management, purchasing and administrative support functions to ensure Client satisfaction and to meet Company objectives, at all times.
Provide support to the Interior Designer / Senior Interior Designer / Senior Design Director, including design, accurate documentation of project specifications, project management, purchasing and administrative support functions and to ensure Client satisfaction at all times.
Other related duties as requested and assigned.
Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma.
A minimum of two years’ experience. Interior Design education may substitute for mandatory experience. Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Requires excellent computer skills including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills and attention to detail required with the ability to manage and organize multiple tasks and work as part of a team. Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and auto insurance for occasional company business. Ability to emulate the London Bay Core Values - quality, teamwork, respect, commitment and integrity.
Two or more years of design experience working with high-end clientele. Advanced degree helpful. Proficiency in Design Manager and the ability to read blueprints.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (unpacking merchandise, assisting on install and updating library materials). Must be able to climb a ladder for installation assistance. Will periodically be required to sit at a desk or a computer for extended periods of time.
