Job summary

Kaiser Atelier LLC in Houston, TX seeks a part-time, in-studio design assistant with remote flexibility. You will source materials, place orders, and manage receiving; produce detailed CAD elevations and mood boards; and support studio communications and projects with a fast, accurate workflow.

The role starts at 20 hours/week, with a monthly payroll and potential growth to full time. NDA and background check required. This is an independent contractor position (1099).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in art, design, architecture, or a closely related field; based in Houston.
• Expert CAD drawing skills with hyper-detailed elevations; 3D views in SketchUp.
• Proficient in Google Sheets for ordering, receiving, and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, procurement, ordering, and receiving core duties.
• Design production including CAD elevations and mood boards.
• Support studio operations, emails, and project coordination.
• Assist with social media as needed and maintain studio workflows.
