Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Sr. Manager, Architecture & Design to lead design management for Private Destinations. You will coordinate with architects and consultants, oversee budgets and schedules, and guide project teams from concept to completion.

The role centers on delivering high-quality, on-time design outcomes across large hospitality developments, collaborating with product development and leadership to realize the brand vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture; licensure preferred but not required.
• 10+ years of design experience in hospitality, retail/dining/entertainment, and theme parks.
• Minimum 5 years of project management leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee design management for multiple Private Destinations assets.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants and internal teams to meet schedule and budget.
• Lead project teams, prepare strategic plans, and manage ownership budgets.
• Ensure design decisions align with brand standards and client goals.
• Track design directions, maintain design tracker, and monitor progress.
