Job summary

Miller Hull Partnership in Seattle seeks an experienced architect to join our collaborative design studio. You will help iteratively study and develop design concepts across a range of project types, ensuring the concept is reflected throughout development.

Collaborative by nature, you will work with subconsultants and stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and take ownership of portions of construction documents while contributing to design frontiers at the intersection of social equity and

Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture from an accredited program.
• 4-10 years of post-graduate architectural experience.
• Proficiency with Revit and Microsoft Office.
• Successfully produced construction documents on a variety of project types.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to social equity and environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project team to iteratively study and develop design concepts.
• Ensure the design concept is reflected in all development phases.
• Work with subconsultants and stakeholders in a highly collaborative manner.
• Understand tasks and their relation to larger workflows, seeking guidance when needed.
• Mentor junior staff and delegate tasks to support growth.
• Take ownership of portions of construction documents and related drawings.
