Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture from an accredited program.
• 4–10 years of post-graduate architectural experience.
• Proficiency with Revit and Microsoft Office.
• Experience producing construction documents across project types.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project team to develop design concepts.
• Ensure design concept is reflected in development.
• Work with sub consultants and stakeholders collaboratively.
• Understand tasks and relate to larger workflows; seek guidance as needed.
• Mentor teammates; delegate appropriately for growth.
• Own accuracy and quality of portions of construction documents.
• Perform construction administration tasks: site observations, RFIs, submittals.
