Job summary

CAST Architecture in Seattle is seeking a senior designer/architect to lead complex projects across education, multifamily, mixed-use, and institutional work. You will coordinate all project efforts, both administrative and technical, to ensure efficient, cost-effective execution.

The role places you as the primary liaison with clients to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets, while actively managing communications and documentation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in architecture or related field.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture from an accredited university.
• Licensure is preferred.
• Exceptional designer who thrives in a collaborative, creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure efficient, cost-effective execution.
• Serve as primary liaison with clients to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction.
• Actively manage project communications and documentation.
• opportunities to work on select single-family residential projects if desired.
