Qualifications

  • Enrolled as a student during the internship/co-op period.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

  • Support departmental operations, projects, and business initiatives.
  • Assist with technology support, troubleshooting, hardware/software setup, and system maintenance.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data to support business decisions and process improvements.
  • Create and maintain documentation, training materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing initiatives.
  • Research industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts and recommend process enhancements.
  • Complete and present a capstone project highlighting findings, recommendations, and results.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

The Opportunity

The Application & Design Integration Co‑op will gain hands‑on experience supporting technology, operations, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with professionals across the organization. This role provides practical experience, professional development, and the opportunity to complete a meaningful project that delivers value to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support departmental operations, projects, and business initiatives.
  • Assist with technology support, troubleshooting, hardware/software setup, and system maintenance.

Required Qualifications

Complete a meaningful project that supports business objectives and presents outcomes, key learnings, challenges, and recommendations to leadership as part of the Menasha Internship & Co‑op Program.

Work Environment

Work Location: This position is primarily onsite; however, hybrid work opportunities may be available based on role requirements, performance, and business needs. Internship/Co‑operative duration: January‑July or June‑December. Estimated hours per week: 40 hours. Physical requirements: Work is performed primarily in an office setting, with occasional responsibilities requiring hands‑on support in sample shop environments. Travel requirement: Minimal travel may be required.
