The Application & Design Integration Co-op will gain hands‑on experience supporting technology, operations, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with professionals across the organization. This role provides practical experience, professional development, and the opportunity to complete a meaningful project that delivers value to the business.

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Systems Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Enrolled as a student during the internship/cooperative period.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
Complete a meaningful project that supports business objectives and presents outcomes, key learnings, challenges, and recommendations to leadership as part of the Menasha Internship & Co‑op Program.
Work Location: This position is primarily onsite; however, hybrid work opportunities may be available based on role requirements, performance, and business needs.
