Qualifications

• Punctual and reliable.
• Ability to use a computer.
• Security experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain mobile for extended periods.
• Able to follow verbal instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Reliable availability to work any shifts assigned including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily procedures and responsibilities for Security personnel.
• Supervise security officers.
• Conduct investigations and act as liaison to Law Enforcement.
• Manage safety and security programs.
• Interact with guests, providing outstanding customer service.
• Respond to the needs of all Departments and resolve issues.
• Type incident reports and maintain electronic key control.
• Supervise incident investigations and respond to critical incidents.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of security systems.
• Manage resort surveillance including pools and storage lots.
