Job summary

Desert Hills Outlet Store in Cabazon, CA is seeking a Regular Full-Time Key Holder to support the management team, motivate the staff, and help achieve store sales objectives. You will participate in daily, weekly, and monthly planning, reinforce selling techniques, and ensure excellent customer service and merchandising standards.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED (or 1–3 years of related experience). Retail jewelry and watch experience is highly desirable.

Summary

The Full Time Key Holder assists the management team in motivating hand inspiring their team to achieve store productivity goals. They assist the management team to develop action plans and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Work as part of the management team to achieve the store’s sales plans through consistent sales motivation, staff training, and customer service.
• Develop a selling culture in the store.
• Model exemplary selling techniques and customer service.
• Works as part of the management team to train, supervise, and develop all store associates in customer service, clientele, company history, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and store operations.
• Leads team to ensure that all members of the store team are goal oriented, motivated and productive.
• Insures that all case lines are clean, pricing is correct and product is well merchandised.
• Responsible for managing the store when the General Manager and Assistant Manager are not there.
• Maintains adequate sales floor coverage.
• Assist the management team to track and ensure that KPI metrics are clearly communicated and achieved.
• Work with management team to ensure that sales associates are developing and maintaining long-term clients through the effective use of customer service.

Qualifications

• Flexible with work schedule to work days, evenings, weekends, per the needs of the business.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or one to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Retail jewelry and watch experience highly desirable.
