Job summary

Citizen Watch America in Milpitas, CA is seeking a part-time Sales Associate/Keyholder to join our Great Mall store. You will support the management team, motivate staff, and drive daily sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge.

As a keyholder, you may assist with opening/closing, supervise store associates, and help maintain visual merchandising while delivering a positive customer experience. Pay is $18.50 per hour with bonus potential and commissions.

Qualifications

• Flexible with work schedule to work days, evenings, weekends, per the needs of the business.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; or one to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Retail jewelry and watch experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work with the management team to achieve store sales plans through motivation, training, and customer service.
• Develop a selling culture in the store.
• Model exemplary selling techniques and customer service.
• Train, supervise, and develop all store associates in customer service, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and store operations.
• Lead the team to ensure goals and productivity.
• Maintain clean, correctly priced case lines and well-merchandised products.
• Manage the store in the absence of GM/AM.
• Track KPI metrics and communicate them to the team.
• Build long-term client relationships through service.

Summary

The Part Time Key Holder assists the management team in motivating hand inspiring their team to achieve store productivity goals. They assist the management team to develop action plans and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Work as part of the management team to achieve the store’s sales plans through consistent sales motivation, staff training, and customer service.


• Develop a selling culture in the store.


• Model exemplary selling techniques and customer service.


• Works as part of the management team to train, supervise, and develop all store associates in customer service, clientele, company history, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and store operations.


• Leads team to ensure that all members of the store team are goal oriented, motivated and productive.


• Insures that all case lines are clean, pricing is correct and product is well merchandised.


• Responsible for managing the store when the General Manager and Assistant Manager are not there.


• Maintains adequate sales floor coverage.


• Assist the management team to track and ensure that KPI metrics are clearly communicated and achieved.


• Work with management team to ensure that sales associates are developing and maintaining long-term clients through the effective use of customer service.
