Job summary

Aggregate Mineral Resource Group, LLC is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for our Desert Center, CA facilities. Operate haul trucks, loaders, and excavators to support mining and processing operations while ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role requires 3–5 years of heavy equipment experience, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced industrial environment. This is a full-time, 8-12 hour shift position at Corporate HQ.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as haul trucks, loaders, and excavators.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and minor repairs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/MSHA regulations and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate haul trucks, front-end loaders, and excavators to transport materials and load assets.
• Move stockpiles, feed crushers, and load trucks for outbound deliveries.
• Assist in site grading, road maintenance, and general plant upkeep.
