We use Tekmetric for digital inspections and have an extensive toolset. ASE training is encouraged, with reimbursement, and pay up to $35 per hour with a realistic path to $100k/year for the right candidates.

Qualifications

• Must have solid diagnostic abilities and willingness to hang parts to grow.
• Employer reimburses ASE certifications and supports training at your pace.
• Experience with diagnostic work and accurate labor judgment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic work and determine labor on jobs.
• Assist with repairs as needed and train others in diagnostic techniques.
• Utilize shop management systems and tools to document work.
