Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong in Excel and analytical thinking.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Team player with clear communication skills.
• Passionate about learning commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

• Support Acquisition, Asset Management and Property Management with data analysis and reporting.
• Track financial and operational metrics for properties.
• Assist in budgeting and cash flow forecasting.
• Support acquisition/disposition projects and investment research.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with property management and acquisitions.
• Organize key data and maintain portfolio files.
• Engage in on-site due diligence.
