Ranger Energy Services seeks Derrick Hands for the South P&A Midland Yard in Midland, TX. This hands-on role supports daily well-servicing operations, focusing on safety, efficiency, and proper operation of rig equipment.

Ideal candidates are experienced, safety-conscious, and able to mentor junior crew members on site. The position involves on-site labor, operating well-servicing gear, and contributing to a safe, fast-paced oil and gas environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience on a well servicing rig preferred.
• Familiarity with pump and tank operations.
• Valid driver’s license, CDL, or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to perform manual labor and operate well servicing equipment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate rig equipment on site safely and efficiently.
• Mentor junior crew members on the rig.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow procedures.
• Assist with maintenance of pumps, tanks, and other equipment.
• Support fast-paced oil & gas operations.

What You’ll Need

• 1+ year(s) of experience working on a well servicing rig preferred
• Familiarity with pump and tank operations
• Valid state-issued driver’s license, CDL, or ability to obtain one

• Competent communication skills
