Job summary

Ranger Energy Services, LLC is seeking a Derrick Hand to monitor and maintain daily rig operations on a well servicing crew. You will assist in rigging up/down, tubing handling, and operating the rig as needed.

The role requires physical labor, safe work practices, and ability to work in a fast-paced field environment. Minimum 1+ year on a well servicing rig and valid CDL or driver’s license are necessary.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience on a well servicing rig.
• Valid state driver’s license or CDL.
• Ability to perform floor hand duties and physical labor.
• Knowledge of operating Derrick and rig components is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain daily operations of the well servicing rig.
• Assist in rig up/down, tubing handling, and operating the rig when required.
• Inspect fall arrest system, harness, derrick, and hoisting components as needed.
• Keep work site and tools clean and in good working order.
• Report safety concerns and incidents per SOPs.
• Mentor and train floor hands on day-to-day operations.
