Thrive Pet Healthcare in Valrico, FL is seeking a full-time Veterinary Technician to support dermatology patients and lab work. No weekends, four 10-hour shifts, and compensation between $23–$26 per hour.

You’ll assist with patient intake, monitoring and discharge, using strong technical skills and anesthesia experience. Thrive offers growth opportunities and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of clinical veterinary experience as a Veterinary Technician (direct patient care).
• CVT/RVT/LVT (active and current) preferred.
• Superior/advanced technical skills.
• Has strong anesthesia skills (Able to obtain Blood pressure, ECG, SpO2, and EtCO2 and integrate clinical signs with disease processes to assist doctors in early and appropriate intervention of patient care).
• Possesses a positive work attitude.
• Self‑motivated.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

• Provide hands-on support with dermatology treatments and laboratory testing.
