Job summary

Animal Dermatology Clinic - Billings is seeking a Certified Veterinary Technician or experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our dermatology-focused team. You will work closely with board-certified dermatologists and support staff to manage complex cases and communicate effectively with pet owners.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, a state-of-the-art facility, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or training in a veterinary facility.
• Friendly, outgoing, “people oriented” attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and team.
• Ability to cross-train for front office duties and use telephone/computer systems.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent relations with clients and pets in waiting areas and exam rooms.
• Exceed client expectations of service and provide compassionate nursing care.
• Record keeping and prescription filling under doctor guidance.
• Assist veterinarians during procedures and manage patient comfort.
• Housekeeping and maintenance to keep a clean, safe clinic.
