Job summary

Animal Dermatology Clinic - Tinton Falls seeks a veterinary technician or experienced veterinary assistant to join our dermatology-focused team. You will work closely with board-certified dermatologists and maintain the highest standards of patient care in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Friendly, outgoing and people oriented.
• Excellent communication skills expected.
• Must be able to cross-train for front office duties.
• Team player willing to learn new techniques.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets in waiting areas and exam rooms with compassion.
• Communicate findings clearly to the doctor and team.
• Maintain accurate record keeping and medication dispensing as prescribed.
• Assist veterinarians with procedures and patient handling.
• Support housekeeping/maintenance and ensure clean, safe environment.
• Be adaptable, proactive and participate in continuous learning.
