Integrated Dermatology in Quincy and Plymouth, MA, is seeking an experienced dermatology-trained Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our well-established practice with in-house Mohs surgery and cosmetic services in Boston's southern suburbs and near Cape Cod.

The role emphasizes comprehensive medical dermatology, patient-centered care, and collaboration with a strong clinical team across two locations, offering a stable full-time schedule and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active PA-C licensure in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain).
• Prior dermatology experience required; 2 years preferred.
• Patient-first mindset and genuine passion for dermatologic care.
• Strong clinical judgement and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Team player thriving in a busy, multi-location practice environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care, diagnosing and treating acne, psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, hair loss, and skin cancer.
• Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other dermatologic procedures, with in-house Mohs surgery support for complex cases.
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, PAs, and the Mohs surgery team.
• Monday–Friday, 4-day workweek; no call.
