Job summary

Integrated Dermatology is seeking a dermatology-trained Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Newton-Brighton practice serving the greater Boston area and Cape Cod.

You will provide comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of acne, psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, hair loss, and skin cancer, with in-house Mohs support for complex cases. Work Monday–Friday, four days, with no on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Dermatology experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Active or eligible MA PA-C/NP license.
• Patient-focused, able to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care, diagnosing and treating acne, psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, hair loss, and skin cancer.
• Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and general dermatologic procedures with Mohs surgery support.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, and Mohs team to ensure quality patient care.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4-day workweek, no on-call.

Job Description

About the Role

• Practice at the top of your license providing comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of acne, psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, hair loss, and skin cancer.
• Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures, with in-house Mohs surgery support for complex cases.
• Collaborate closely with fellow physicians, Physician Assistants, and the Mohs surgery team.
• Monday-Friday, 4 Day Workweek. No Call.

Qualifications

• Active PA-C or NP licensure in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience in dermatology required. 2 years preferred.
• A patient-first mindset and genuine passion for dermatologic care.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team.
