Job summary

Integrated Dermatology in the greater Boston area seeks an experienced dermatology-trained Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join the Newton-Brighton practice. You will provide medical dermatology care across three MA locations, including acne, psoriasis, eczema, and skin cancer management, with in-house Mohs surgery support for complex cases.

The role offers a Monday–Friday 4-day workweek, no call, and collaboration with two physicians and a Mohs team, along with competitive compensation and robust

• Active PA-C licensure in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain.
• Prior dermatology experience required; 2 years preferred.
• Patient-first mindset and genuine passion for dermatologic care.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care including diagnosis and treatment of acne, psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, hair loss and skin cancer.
• Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions and other dermatologic procedures with Mohs surgery support for complex cases.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, PAs and the Mohs surgery team.
• Monday–Friday, 4 Day Workweek. No Call.

About the Role

• Practice at the top of your license providing comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of acne, psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, hair loss, and skin cancer.
