QualDerm Partners, LLC in Charlotte is seeking a compassionate Registered Radiation Therapist Technologist (RTT) to provide superficial radiation therapy treatments. The role involves administering treatments, operating SRT equipment, ensuring patient safety, and documenting care in an EMR. Candidates must have an accredited Radiation Therapy program graduation, ARRT certification, and preferably 1+ years in a related field. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of radiation therapy experience preferred.
• Experience in dermatology, oncology, or superficial radiation therapy preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced outpatient or ambulatory setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer superficial radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by the supervising physician.
• Prepare patients for treatment and explain procedures.
• Operate and maintain SRT equipment safely and effectively.
• Verify patient identity and dosage prior to treatment.
• Monitor patients during treatment and document outcomes.
• Ensure treatment rooms are compliant with safety protocols.
