Job summary

Summit Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in New Providence, NJ, to support patient care and ensure a positive patient experience. You will welcome patients, inform them about services, and assist with appointment readiness.

You will administer medications as directed, perform point-of-care tests and EKGs, document vitals and histories, and educate patients on medications and diet. Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and prepares patients for appointments and informs them about services.
• Administers PO, IM, and ID medications as directed by the Provider.
• Performs point-of-care tests and EKGs and dressing changes as ordered.
• Documents vital signs, histories, and screenings.
• Provides medication and diet instructions to patients.
