Job summary

Avera Dermatology Mitchell is seeking a Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy to provide direct medical evaluation, diagnosis, procedures, and patient care within a recognized dermatology practice.

You will assess and treat patients, perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, maintain accurate records, collaborate with the care team, and promote safety and quality care while upholding Avera’s CARE values.

Qualifications

• MD/DO licensed and board-eligible or board-certified in the state of practice.
• US DEA license required to practice medicine.
• Ability to work hours as specified and communicate effectively with patients and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical evaluation, diagnosis, procedures, and care per approved protocols.
• Interpret diagnostic information and formulate care plans.
• Maintain patient records and ensure safety and aseptic practices.
• Collaborate with care team and refer patients as needed.
• Promote health education to patients and families.
