Job summary

Forefront Dermatology is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a split role, with two days per week in Menomonee Falls and two days in Fond du Lac, WI. You will be mentored and supervised by board-certified dermatologist Dr.

Ashley Dietrich and collaborate with a skilled clinical team. We offer a competitive base salary plus uncapped quarterly production bonuses, flexible scheduling, and a supportive environment designed to enable excellent patient

Qualifications

• Must hold NP or PA licensure in Wisconsin.
• Dermatology experience preferred (2–5 years).
• Split assignment: two days/week in Menomonee Falls and two days/week in Fond du Lac, WI.

Responsibilities

• Practice within the scope defined by the supervising physician.
• Work independently while recognizing when to consult your supervising physician.
• Become proficient in managing a patient load of 30+ per day using EMA, our Electronic Health Record.
• Provide guidance and direction to clinic staff as needed.
