Job summary

Forefront Dermatology is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Marquette, MI practice. You will be mentored by a board-certified dermatologist and collaborate with a skilled clinical team using EMA EHR to manage 30+ patients daily.

We offer competitive base pay plus uncapped quarterly production bonuses and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance. Prior dermatology experience is preferred, with six months of training out of state possible for

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of dermatology experience is preferred; candidates without dermatology experience may train up to six months out of state.

Responsibilities

• Practice within the scope defined by the supervising physician.
• Work independently while recognizing when to consult the supervising physician.
• Manage a patient load of 30+ per day using EMA EHR.
• Provide guidance to clinic staff as needed.

Responsibilities

• Practice within the scope defined by the supervising physician.

• Become proficient in managing a patient load of 30+ per day using EMA, our Electronic Health Record.
• Provide guidance and direction to clinic staff as needed.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-5 years of dermatology experience is preferred. Candidates who do not have dermatology experience can expect to spend up to six months training out of state.
