SOMC is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) Dermatologist to join our rapidly growing outpatient dermatology clinic.

Office hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Call requirements: call can be taken from home and would be for clinic patients with complications after hours. Calls are rare, typically once every few months.
1 Dermatologist, 2 MOA, 2 LPN, 1 CMA, 1 Documentation Assistant, 1 Office Manager
40-45 patients/day, 20-30 procedures/day
Shave/Punch biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, intralesional and intramuscular injections, medical Botox, I&Ds, intense pulse light treatments, chemical peels, comedone extraction
Phototherapy booth, intense pulsed light machine, Hyfrecator, smoke evacuator, microscope, dermatoscopes, supplies to support all procedures. All rooms are set up as procedure rooms.
We have phlebotomy lab services across the hall for testing, an in-house specialty pharmacy, and outpatient pharmacy services onsite.
Option 1: Base salary of $413,370 (50th percentile MGMA for those just completing training) with additional compensation for experience, guaranteed for 2 years. Can switch to a wRVU production contract when exceeding target.
Option 2: Base salary of $538,590 (75th percentile MGMA), guaranteed for one year, then switched to a wRVU production contract.
