Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician license, registration, or certification in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume retail pharmacy environment.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and pharmacy billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician(s) to ensure a positive experience for each patient.
• Prepare prescribed medications by counting tablets and labeling bottles.
• Maintain patient profiles/records and prepare insurance forms.
