Qualifications

• What you will do: assists patients with questions and concerns and supports dispensing operations.
• Uses WinPharm software to label and dispense medications, ensuring accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and processes new and refill prescription orders.
• Operates WinPharm pharmacy software and systems to label and dispense medications.
• Adjudicates insurance claims.
• Manages inventory and stock levels.
• Handles prior authorizations and resolves issues.
• Provides answers to patients’ questions about medications and the practice.
