Qualifications

• Healthcare experience is required.
• Medical receptionist experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems preferred.
• Must be computer savvy with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming calls and scheduling tasks efficiently, creating a positive caller experience.
• Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to patients and providers.
• Understand provider to patient flow and anticipate next steps for smooth appointments.
• Attend in-house training and continued education opportunities.
