Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience as a Physician Assistant (PA).
• Proven management and leadership experience with clinical skills and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Direct dermatology experience required as a PA.
• Leads a team of Advanced Practice Providers in dermatology.
• Partners with administration to ensure patient access and fill rates.
• Oversees hiring, onboarding and performance coaching of APPs.
• Develops competencies, policies and procedures for the department.
• Drives quality initiatives and ensures policy compliance and care standards.
