Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking an experienced PA Manager for the Dermatology Department. This leadership role combines advanced clinical practice with strategic management, guiding a team of Advanced Practice Providers to deliver high‑quality patient care.

The role requires at least three years as a PA, proven management skills, and direct dermatology experience. You will hire, onboard, coach, and evaluate staff while aligning clinical activities with enterprise metrics and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Physician Assistant.
• Proven management and leadership experience.
• Direct dermatology experience as a PA.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the APP practice or department within multiple service lines.
• Hires and oversees orientation, training and education of APPs; conducts annual performance reviews.
• Practices as an APRN/PA providing clinical care within privileges and licensure.
• Drives SQPE initiatives and oversees policy compliance and process improvement.
• Represents assigned areas and facilitates evaluation of new technologies with physician staff.
• Communicates updates to leadership and presents reporting as appropriate.
